Tiny homes by Elliott believes sustainability should be a priority in the construction process. Tiny homes by there very nature are already more sustainable then the average home because of their small size. However, we take it a step further. CERTIFICATION
All tiny homes designed and built by Tiny Homes by Elliott are inspected and certified by NOAH (National Organization of Alternative Housing). Each NOAH Certified Structure meets safety, structural, and energy efficiency standards. Even though inspections and certifications are not mandatory for tiny home builders, we believe it is important for our customers to know that their homes are safe, efficient and structurally sound. Additionally, NOAH certified homes retain their value better, are easier to resale, allow you to camp at RV parks and increase options for financing your purchase.
